Microscope Stage Camera Synchronization
Ultra high-speed imaging and TDI scanning requires tightly synchronized motion and camera triggering. This peripheral ADR microscope stage can be combined with Zaber’s X-MCC Controller optional encoder outputs to enable low latency camera synchronization. This flexible system can be used with cameras of almost any resolution and scanning speed thanks to 1 nm direct reading linear encoders and user configurable interpolation on the controller’s outputs. Custom Microscope Stage Insert
Zaber is happy to offer customized microscope stage inserts to fit your application. In this case, a customer needed to automate transferring samples from a slide to different wells in a well plate, and there were no standard inserts that would hold both at once. We customized an AM152 aluminum insert for the ASR205B205B so that it can hold an AM142 microscope slide insert and an AM109 multiwell plate insert.
Custom 3-axis Controller
This custom 3-axis ControlCube is ideal for XYZ applications requiring fine displacement control. The intuitive layout permits precise and smooth manual operation for motorized systems, such as micromanipulators and microscope stages. The ControlCube offers similar functionality to Zaber's standard device knobs, providing much finer control. It works with modified Zaber stand-alone controllers and devices with built-in controllers, which are customized with a locking connector in place of the manual knob. The ControlCube can be paired with a standard joystick (X-JOY3) to add programmable buttons for varying the displacement increments of the dials or toggling between displacement and velocity control modes.
Custom Mounting Plate
This custom plate allows the user to have a moving platform with standard mounting holes. In particular, this custom plate has M6 threaded holes on a 25 mm grid.
