Zaber Technologies' products are neither designed nor intended for any military or law enforcement applications. We respectfully request that our products not be used in any application that threatens human life, health, or well-being.
30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
All of Zaber's standard products (those available on our website) are backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in good, saleable, unmarked condition within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund, less applicable shipping costs.
Note: High vacuum compatible stages (10-6 Torr) cannot be returned once they have been removed from their original packaging.

- Flat-rate shipping or over-weight shipping charges will be determined and added to the invoice at the time of shipping. Please contact us if you require an exact shipping quote.
- Zaber offers worldwide shipping outside of our flat-rate shipping zones, shipping costs will be determined on a per order basis.
- Shipping on your own account is available by request.
- Duties and taxes may apply.
- All shipments are standard FCA without insurance. You may request insurance for a shipment by indicating this on your purchase order - the insurance cost will be added to your invoice.
Please note: Zaber devices are made in Canada. If your order is subject to tariffs, the carrier (or your broker, if you have one) will assess these when it's imported into your country and invoice you. For more on US blanket Tariffs, see the FAQ page.
Online & Offline Purchasing

- Local support: In many regions, Zaber partners with qualified distributors to provide localized support. In some regions, these distributors manage all sales and support for Zaber products. In others, you may choose to work with either a local distributor or directly with Zaber.

Payments are accepted by credit card, cheque, money order, or bank wire in CAD, USD, and EUR (excluding EUR in AMEX). Credit card payment after the invoice date will incur a 2% extra charge.
To set up Net 30 payment terms, please email contact information and credit references to contact@zaber.com.
For eligible customers we can provide a quote for payment terms beyond 30 days, in which case the prices will be adjusted by the following amounts:

One Year Warranty
- All standard products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for one full year from the purchase date, when used for their intended purpose. See our General Terms and Conditions for details. If you are unsure whether your application matches their intended purpose, please contact our Applications Engineering Team to find out.
- If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, please contact us as soon as possible (within 30 days) for an immediate repair or replacement. After 30 days, additional fees may apply.
- If you are having trouble with a Zaber product even after consulting the user's manual, please contact us for assistance. In most cases our Applications Engineering Team can diagnose and solve the problem on the phone or by email. If the product needs repairs, we will assign an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number you can use to return the product to Zaber for repairs.
- For products covered by warranty, we will repair or replace the defective device free of charge. The customer is responsible only for the cost of the return shipping to Zaber; Zaber will pay for the shipping back to the customer.
- For products not covered by warranty, we will assess the cost of repair and offer a quote to the customer after we receive the returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for the costs of the repair and of shipping both ways.
- This warranty and satisfaction guarantee applies only to our standard products listed on our website. We may offer a warranty and satisfaction guarantee on non-standard, custom products on a case-by-case basis.
