About This Accessory
The MTR300A upright microscope tower provides a rigid structural frame for mounting an MKR microscope core in an upright configuration (with the objective lens above the sample). The MTR300A provides up to 80 mm of manual vertical adjustment to accommodate large samples. The y-axis offset between the tower and the optical axis can accommodate a 100 mm x 120 mm ASR, 130 mm x 100 mm ADR, or 250 mm x 100 mm ADR XY stage.
The MTR300A should be mounted to a rigid optical table or baseplate (such as the AP260) in order to maximize rigidity at the optical axis and minimize the effect of vibrations on image stability.
