OEM Microscope Stage
Need a custom OEM version? This custom ASR highlights some of our capabilities. Fine-pitch ball screws and high resolution encoders were integrated to provide even better small move performance for high throughput imaging tasks. Additionally, a custom base-plate was designed to mount directly to the customer’s optical system without additional adaptor plates. Product branding was also removed as per the customer’s request.
Custom Microscope Stage
This image shows a ASR205B205B-E03T3 microscope stage customized with a larger size aperture for the baseplate (increased to diameter of 125 mm) and midplate (slot size increased to 209 mm tall and 89 mm wide with outer radii of 25 mm).
Custom Microscope Stage Insert
Zaber is happy to offer customized microscope stage inserts to fit your application. In this case, a customer needed to automate transferring samples from a slide to different wells in a well plate, and there were no standard inserts that would hold both at once. We customized an AM152 aluminum insert for the ASR205B205B so that it can hold an AM142 microscope slide insert and an AM109 multiwell plate insert.

This custom 3-axis ControlCube is ideal for XYZ applications requiring fine displacement control. The intuitive layout permits precise and smooth manual operation for motorized systems, such as micromanipulators and microscope stages.
