These mounting plates are used to add a metric (M6 x 25 mm) grid to the top of Zaber's X-LSM series and X-LHM series motorized linear slides. They can also be used to mount the X-RSW series rotary stages or the X-VSR series vertical stages to the top of the X-LSM and X-LHM.
