IT is the nervous system of the organization. Our team allows the various parts of the company to communicate efficiently and effectively so everyone can focus on their most important work without being bothered by frustrating technical hurdles. From ensuring cables are in the walls and managing servers, to writing the software used to track all of Zaber's operations, we're involved.
Because our focus is solely on Zaberians, we build long-term relationships with our talented peers, and find satisfaction in being able to see first hand how our work positively impacts them and their processes on a daily basis.

ZX Day
Our annual hackathon is a chance for anyone at the company to put together a team and deliver something that they think is worthwhile. It's a short burst of autonomy where oversight and process tends to take a back seat to creativity and elbow grease. A number of our products and internal tools started out as ZX projects. And even if you don't work on a ZX project, the final stretch is always exciting to watch and culminates in presentations and celebrations.
