Community and Culture
Our work community is important to us and our employees have told us that some of the unique aspects of our culture are a benefit for them. We give employees full access to our R&D and manufacturing facilities, including a high-tech machine shop, wood shop, laser cutter, 3D printers, plus many other tools. If you don’t know how to use a machine or tool, then we often have people who are willing to show you how to use them! Our many employee-led clubs allow people to connect with colleagues who share similar interests, but who may work in other departments. For many people, the bonds they’ve created in these clubs have benefited both their work relationships and their social lives. ZX Day is Zaber's once-a-year hackathon-style event for employees across the company to put together a team and work on whatever ideas they may have and present the results to the whole company
