Zaber’s recently released RST240 heavy duty rotation stage offers outstanding precision, reliability and torque. These motorized rotary tables are available with built-in controllers, motor encoders for position feedback with slip/stall detection and automatic recovery, or direct reading encoders for the highest positioning accuracy. Each stage is equipped with multiple low-friction rotary seals to protect the internal mechanical components. Some of the available options are:
- X-RST240-AE Series, up to 300 kg centered load capacity, direct reading encoder for stage accuracy to 0.008° and 0.0015° repeatability
- X-RST240B-AE56, with IP65 protection for situations where dust or liquids are present
The RST240 is currently Zaber's largest motorized rotary table and the newest stage in our high load RST Family.
With their large 101.6 mm (4") aperture, excellent load handling capability from the integrated crossed roller bearing and rugged stage top with steel threaded inserts for longevity, the X-RST240 series stages are optimal for applications such as:
