Custom X-RST-DE with Manual Knob

This custom X-RST-DE rotary stage uses a dual shaft motor with a knob for manual control of the stage. The X-RST-DE gear requires a lot of force to rotate, so a larger knob requiring less torque from the user was added. The knob can be used when the stage is powered on or off. Since this stage has a direct encoder, the controller keeps track of the stage position if the manual knob is used to rotate the stage, even when it's powered.
