Microscope Optical Path Junction Block for Laser Autofocus, Pre-Installed 785 nm Notch Filter
The MJB25C-F1 junction block provides the HL04 laser autofocus sensor with an input into optical path to a Zaber Nucleus™ microscope or MKR core between the X-FCR filter cube turret and the objective lens. The MJB25C-F1 comes with a preinstalled 36 x 25 x 1 mm 785 nm notch dichroic mirror tilted 45° to the optical path of the microscope.
Note that in order to accommodate the MJB25C-F1, the X-LDA focus stage must be raised by 35 mm relative to its standard location. The additional distance between the objective lens and filter cube may result in vignetting (reduced intensity near the periphery of the image) when high N.A. (0.80 or greater) objective lenses are used.
