This 300 x 300 mm insert fits into the top plate of the ASR and ASR-E 305 x 305 mm travel XY stages. It is held in place by 3 flat head screws and can be leveled using adjustable set screws. A rotating table holds a 150, 200 or 300 mm wafer.
