Zaber's recently released X-LHM-E linear stage with built-in controller and motor encoder joins the X-Series family. It is able to daisy-chain power and data with other X-Series devices at an affordable price. Requiring only a standard 24 or 48 V power supply, this miniature stages is excellent for applications where a small profile is required.
The new X-Series stages include a built-in controller, allowing for daisy-chaining with other Zaber devices, and a motor mounted encoder that provides slip/stall detection and recovery. Like all Zaber products, the X-LHM-E Series is designed for easy set up and operation. Externally controlled versions (LHM-E) and versions without an encoder (LHM) are also available.
