A motorized micromanipulator is a device for manipulating tools to interact with a sample at a microscopic level. A joystick is typically used to control movement of the motorized micromanipulator while the user observes through a microscope.
The precisely controllable motion of Zaber linear and rotary stages makes them ideal for use in micromanipulator applications. Users may purchase individual components for a custom micromanipulator build, or purchase one of our M-LSM micromanipulators with everything needed, including linear stages from our LSM Family, joystick, controller, post adaptor and probe holder.
Zaber's motorized micromanipulators may be controlled from a computer or using the included joystick and can be mounted to metric or imperial breadboards and oriented to the left or the right.
