An XY configuration makes an excellent microscope stage, especially when combined with our T-JOY3 joystick controller allowing manual control of both X and Y or XYZ axes from a single interface as well as allowing microscope stage positions to be saved and recalled at the touch of a button. T-LS stages are also commonly used in micromanipulator applications.
The T-LS stage is great for a lot of applications but has some limitations:
Note: For applications with lighter loads, you can get up to 60 mm of travel by using the T-LA linear actuators with TSB translation stages. For even longer travel and heavier loads, we recommend using the T-LSR motorized linear slides.
