High-Load, Motorized Linear Stages : LST Series Specifications
Zaber's LST series products are high-load, motorized linear stages with a variety of lead-screw pitches and travels. These stages can easily be mounted in XY or XYZ configuration. They are designed to connect directly to our A-series controllers, or they can be used with any 2-phase stepper motor controller through the panel mount DB15 connector. When connected to our A-series controllers, the stages are designed to be “plug and play” just like all of Zaber’s other products.
Features
1. Panel mount DB15 allows the stage to be easily connected to our A-Series controllers.
2. 200 step per revolution stepper motor, microstepped up to 128x to provide smooth and precise motion.
3. Stage top supports Metric M6 and M3 threaded holes.
4. Multiple LST stages can be assembled in XY configuration without additional hardware
With the A-MCA controller, Zaber's intuitive windows software makes it easy to control the speed and position of the unit, change the device settings, and write custom scripts. For Labview users, we offer a free Labview certified driver. After completing a move command, the stage will report its position through the RS-232 link.
